Definitely Kingsley

Well - as definite as I can be until we actually can pick a plot, get approval on the mortgage, etc.

The model home in Valencia (where I'm moving) is actually the Kingsley floorplan. I've seen it twice this week - once with Peg and again this weekend with Mom and Alex. Seeing it with furniture really helps. I was worried the bedrooms would be too small - but it's all good.

Anyway, I'm going to a new home buyers presentation by Ideal Homes in a couple of weeks. So I'll learn more about what to expect then. And then the next step is the mortgage co. But we're all really excited.
