Kingsley or Hamilton?

I have been looking into the possibility of building a house. One of my clients is Ideal Homes. They have a new community called Valencia. Anyway, we are looking at building a "Camden" house. There are two floor plans that I'm looking at building.

The first one is called the Kingsley.

Of course, we won't have the same trim color - cause that green is just wrong. But that's the outside... well, I get to pick everything - brick, trim, paint, doors, etc. Talk about a fun day at what they call the "Selection Center". Of course I also have to pick inside things like tile, counters, fixtures, and all that.

Anyway, here's a pic of that floor plan. I'm working on making this bigger so you can really see (bloggers feel free to give instructions)!

Okay - the next house is called the "Hamilton" - below are sample photos and the floor plan.

Both floor plans offer a study (or a study option). I really like the Kingsley most - but we'll have to see if I can do it - depends on what's considered "standard" vs. "upgrade". Any thoughts??
